After months of ideation, validation, building, testing, and planning, it’s time to go public. Gate 10 is about turning preparation into action. You move from "startup-in-progress" to "startup-in-the-world."

This Gate guides you through:

  • Finalizing your legal and organizational structure

  • Assembling your founding team or contractors

  • Conducting a full audit using the 100 Essentials Checklist

  • Designing and executing your launch day

Whether you're launching a live product, a waitlist, or a first cohort — the point is to start. To go from theory to traction. And to signal: we’re ready.

Gate Structure 

The Gate is divided into several Keys ( Themes), each focusing on a specific aspect of entrepreneurship. Each Key includes readings, discussions, practical assignments, and business-related deliverables.

What you will get from the Gate

By completing Gate 10, learners will:

  1. Formally incorporate their startup and understand legal structure options

  2. Build a lean, stage-appropriate hiring plan, including use of freelancers and global contractors

  3. Complete a full 100 Essentials Checklist as a pre-launch self-audit

  4. Design and execute a launch day that reflects their product, audience, and goals

  5. Communicate their venture publicly with clarity and confidence

After Gate 10, your startup should:

  • Be legally incorporated and set up for operations (banking, tax, equity, IP)

  • Have a small team or trusted collaborators in place — even if just part-time

  • Have completed the 100 Essentials Checklist and identified any major gaps

  • Have launched publicly or scheduled a near-term launch with assets and plan in place

  • Be capable of learning from real users and iterating based on feedback

This gate marks the transition from planning mode to operating mode. You are now in business — and in motion.

Certificate and Badges

You are awarded a certificate upon completion of the gates. You’ll also receive badges upon completing an application related to a specific skill set. 

What is Required of You 

The Gate is divided into several sections, each focusing on a specific aspect of entrepreneurship. Each module includes readings, discussions, practical assignments, and assessments. 

Delivery Platform

The Gate is delivered through our online platform, Entreprenerds Space. Delegates can access the platform online or via their mobile app, allowing them to participate in the programme on the go, even offline.

We will provide support throughout your learning experience. Your learning Success manager will be available to support you if you have any questions or need any help. You can also schedule one session with a mentor to discuss entrepreneurship questions related to this gate.
