Our Tale of Beginnings
Boosting Entrepreneurial Talents
My journey into the future of education and entrepreneurship began eight years ago at a school event where I watched the documentary Most Likely to Succeed. The film’s focus on project-based learning at High Tech High in California sparked something in me — a deep interest in how real-world skills can be taught through experience, not just theory.
That moment planted a seed. Years later, a conversation with a friend about transforming a private university reignited the vision. While I didn’t pursue that particular opportunity, it pushed me to seriously explore what an education project built for the future could look like.
This idea wasn’t new. As a student, I had founded the Future Entrepreneurs Association. Later, even my work in international affairs took an entrepreneurial path with the launch of the Global Diplomatic Forum. The drive to build platforms that empower people has always been there.
Over the past two years, through conversations with students, teachers, founders, school leaders, career advisers, and policymakers, the vision has come into focus. Those insights — combined with 25 years of experience — led to the creation of Entreprenerds.
Entreprenerds exists to make entrepreneurship practical, accessible, and real. It’s more than starting a business — it’s a way of thinking, solving problems, and taking action. We’re here to support talents and founders as they build ideas into ventures and careers into purpose.
The stories, creativity, and ambition we’ve encountered fuel everything we do. And that’s what makes this work so deeply fulfilling.
— Younes El-Ghazi, Founder of Entreprenerds
“ We are investing in youth because we believe they are the untapped power of innovation, creativity and opportunity. They should be provided with resources and support to solve the world.'s biggest challenges. I have a strong belief that most disruption from the current struggling system will come from youth”
